Common Questions
What file format should I use?
PNG files only. Make sure your designs have a transparent background for best results. JPEG files are not accepted because they don't support transparency.
What DPI do I need?
Minimum 300 DPI at your intended print size. The builder will warn you if any design falls below this threshold. 300–360 DPI is ideal for DTF transfers.
Can I put the same design multiple times?
Yes — set the quantity for each design in the builder. The auto-pack engine will duplicate and arrange all copies efficiently.
How do I know what length to order?
Hit Auto-Pack and the builder will tell you the minimum length needed to fit all your designs. You can order exactly that length or add a little extra.
What is the turnaround time?
Standard production is 3–5 business days. Rush options available — contact us before ordering. We ship via USPS Priority and UPS.
Can I reposition designs manually?
Yes — after auto-packing, click and drag any design on the canvas to reposition it. The sheet utilization and minimum length update in real time.
Do you print the whole sheet or just my designs?
We print the entire sheet area you purchase. Transparent areas will print clear (no white background on DTF transfers).
What if my designs don't fit in the selected length?
The builder warns you before adding to cart if your designs overflow the selected sheet length. Choose a longer sheet or remove some designs.
